Refund policy

At Return Coffee Roasters, we’re committed to delivering high-quality, plant food to our customers. We stand by the products we roast, pack, and deliver - but if something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law:

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product you purchase from us:

  • Is faulty or damaged
  • It is significantly different from its description
  • Doesn’t do what it’s supposed to

Returns & Faulty Items:

If you believe a product is faulty, please email us at hello@barriegroup.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order, including:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Supporting photos (if relevant)

Once assessed, we will offer:

  • A refund
  • A replacement
  • Or another suitable remedy as required under the ACL

We will cover return shipping for faulty goods.

 

Items We Cannot Accept as Returns:

  • Items not purchased directly through our website or retail outlet.


Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for it to appear on your statement.


Additional Information: We do our best to ensure fast and accurate delivery. However, we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or third-party services.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, unless faulty.

Taxes or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: Refunds are not provided for subscription payments that have already been processed.

Chargebacks and Cancellations: Return Coffee Roasters complies with Australian Consumer Law regarding refunds. Chargebacks made without first contacting us may be challenged and disputed with evidence of your agreement to our terms.

We strive to provide the best quality products to our valued customers online and in-store. We understand that sometimes situations may arise where a refund is necessary. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand our guidelines.


Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for our products. However, if you received a faulty item and would like a replacement, please contact our customer service team, and we will assist you accordingly.


Shipping: The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for return shipments. Taxes may be incurred to receive orders outside Australia.


Non-Returnable Items: Coffee beans or grind types cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are deemed faulty.


Salable Condition: All returned products must be in their original packaging and in a salable condition.


Please note that our refund policy is subject to the following conditions:

  • We are not responsible for late or non-delivery caused by shipping carriers, but we will assist you with any claims against the carrier.
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage to goods during transit.
  • Refunds will only be issued for products purchased directly from our online store.
  • If you have any further questions or concerns regarding our refund policy, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service team. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
  • Where you are enrolled in a subscription membership, by accepting these terms, you agree that you have read and understood that you can cancel your subscription membership at any time, by logging into your account at www.carboncoffee.com.au, clicking on ‘My Account’, clicking on memberships and cancelling your membership. No refunds are given on membership subscriptions as you pay for access to the product or content, not consumption of the product; and are free to cancel your membership access at any time as per these instructions. Any chargebacks and dispute fees made through PayPal, Stripe, bank or other means will be appealed against you as per the Terms and Conditions that you agree to herein, along with a screenshot of your agreement to these upon your digital enrolment.


Geographic Location & Applicable Law Jaskar Properties Pty Ltd trading as Return Coffee Roasters with the product Carbon Coffee Plant Food, is a registered business in Australia. The laws of Queensland, Australia, govern the terms of Use. Failure to enforce strict performance of the Terms & Conditions of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Return Coffee Roasters may assign its rights and duties under the Terms & Conditions without notice to any party at any time.

Trademark and Copyright Return Coffee Roasters, and certain other brands, trademarks, and service marks are marks of Jaskar Properties Pty Ltd and its affiliates. The Materials on this Site are copyrighted, and any unauthorised use of any Materials on this Site may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. The content of the books, and online Course Materials, including copyright and all other such intellectual property rights contained therein, remain the property of Jaskar Properties Pty Ltd trading as Return Coffee Roasters. You may not reproduce any content without the prior written consent of Jaskar Properties Pty Ltd trading as Return Coffee Roasters.
